We were engaged to rethink the overall strategy of the goals, design, and processes of Veterans Affairs Canada’s public facing Web presence. This site both commemorates the activities of veterans for various public audiences, and provides the very practical financial and health benefits they deserve. Conspicuous attention to accessibility for disabilities was a feature of our work. The work, which included onsite and telephone interview, substantial benchmarking, analysis and recommendations, and was completed on time and on budget.
