How it works
You subscribe to an allotment of person-hours a month of remote coaching and technical support for a list of authorized users that your organization specifies. We provide the service via whatever method works best for you (e.g., email, voice, conference call, instant messaging, Skype, Slack, Google Chat, SMS / text, our e-learning room).
Time is tracked as a minimum of 15 minutes per case. Should the hours prove insufficient, you can increase the allotment. David Berman hours are counted on a 2:1 ratio (e.g., 30 minutes of David Berman’s time equals 60 minutes of subscription time). The allotment of hours, if not used up within a given month, can be rolled over up to one month (the next immediate month).
Pricing: The monthly number of hours you choose to commit to is up to you. We price the service with a minimum of 4 hours a month, at $95 an hour, billed in advance quarterly. (The rate drops further to $75 an hour for members who commit to at least 12 months). Automatic renewal can be suspended at any time, with 45 days’ notice.
