The Department of Canadian Heritage realized that they had all sorts of inconsistent deployment of their online and offline identity for their culturescope.ca, including inconsistent use of colour.

We recommended that we audit the current use, refine the colour choices based on the channels of distribution in use, create a library of easy-to-use artwork, and then author and design a clear brand book for the entire identity …in order to result in sustainable consistency by all of their partners applying the brand, and in both official languages.

They agreed, and so we did!
