Helpdesk Subscription Service

How it works

You subscribe to an allotment of person-hours a month of remote coaching and technical support for a list of authorized users that your organization specifies. We provide the support via whatever method works best for you (e.g., email, voice, conference call, instant messaging, Skype, Google Hangouts, SMS / text, our e-learning room).

Time is tracked as a minimum of 15 minutes per case. Should the hours prove insufficient, you can increase the allotment. David Berman hours are counted on a 2:1 ratio (e.g., 30 minutes of David Berman’s time equals 60 minutes of subscription time). The allotment of hours, if not used up within a given month, can be rolled over up to one month (the next immediate month).
