CATSA
Canada’s air transportation security authority needed a signage system for over 80 airports, that can rapidly react nationally to emergency situations. The deliverables included strategy, signage, kiosks, manuals, electronic, and promotional items. The fascinating design research spanned many countries and many challenges, resulting in a system that has proved resilient.
