    Regular class: Cancellation privileges | One-on-one follow-up tele-coaching with David Berman | Busy bee option: take half-day one day, other half another day.

    Regular class | association discount: for members of professional organizations who help us get the word out. Associations include: CapCHI, CMA, CNIB, CPRS, GDC, IABC, IPL, IxDA, PPPC, PLAIN Canada CLAIR, GAG, and PWAC. Same benefits as regular class ticket.

    Regular class | Early Bird: Discount for registration 22 days in advance. Same benefits as regular class ticket.

    Economy class: Like a regular ticket, except meals available for purchase, no refunds, and you are declining the one-on-one follow-up tele-coaching and the "Busy Bee" option.

    This is the total you will pay, including all taxes, and in Canadian dollars. (If you pay with a non-Canadian credit card (e.g., a US credit card), this Canadian amount will be converted by your bank into your currency.) Only registrants from Canada are charged HST. If you specify your country as outside Canada, you are not be charged HST.
  • If your Coupon Code relies on the registration of someone else (for example, your ticket is the free ticket in a "two for one" pair), please type the name of the other registrant in the "Who referred you to us?" field below.

    We're committed to your privacy. By registering for the event and submitting this information, you agree that David Berman Communications may use the information you provide to contact you about relevant content and share your information with speakers and/or event sponsors. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
  • Changing Minds If we receive a written cancellation at least 14 business days before the course, we can refund regular class tickets in full, less a $29 enrollment charge. If we receive written cancellation at least 5 business days prior, we provide full credit toward a future similar course we host. Otherwise, we charge the full fee. Telephone registration counts as a committed registration. You can switch attendees at any time. We reserve the option to substitute presenters. Should we find we must postpone or cancel a course, our liability is limited to the course fee only: we will not be liable for travel, lodging or any other expenses. If you don't show up, you're entitled to attend the course the next time we give it by paying a $90 re-enrollment fee to cover our duplicated expenses.
    Confirming After registration, we will send a reminder of the schedule and location, and add you to our e-newsletter list. If the reminder does not arrive, you are still registered.

    Advice Check in 15 to 30 minutes ahead. For in person events since meeting room temperatures vary, consider layered clothing. Continuing education which maintains or improve professional skills can be tax-deductible and/or may be recognized by your professional board: contact them for details.

    If you register by phone, we still need to receive this form or the paper form before the event.

    All participants are expected to have their own registration.
