Use the Print Appointment Calendar submenu (from the Print submenu of the File menu) to print calendar pages of your scheduled items. The submenu offers five options:
This Week on a Page: Prints the current week (unless today is the first day of the week, in which case it prints the coming week) on one page, starting on Monday.
This 4 Weeks on a Page: Prints the current week and the three weeks that follow, on one page, starting on the first day of the current week.
This Month on a Page: Prints the current calendar month on a page (including past days if it is the middle of the month).
This Quarter on a Page: Prints thirteen weeks, starting on the first day of the current week, all on one page.
Range of Days yields an intermediate dialog box where you designate the date range and the page configuration (which TimeTo™ will remember for next time you choose Range Of Days), and is the only way to get appointment calendars that span more than one page:
Start Date: Designate the beginning of the date range.
End Date: Designate the end of the date range.
Each Page Contains: Choose from 1 Week a page (starting on previous Monday), 4 Weeks a page (starting on the first day of the current week), 1 Calendar Month a page (including past or future days if range begins or ends in the middle of a calendar month), or 1 Quarter a page (starting on the first day of the current week).
Choose Printouts
Settings (from the Settings menu) to designate either portrait or
landscape for each of the four types of Appointment Calendar
page layouts.
There are other places in TimeTo™ where you can designate settings which will affect the content and appearance of appointment calendars:
Page Setup (from the
File menu) allows you specify paper sizes, margins,
centering, and two-up option, including presets for
over 17 popular kinds of commercial day planners.
Printer
Fonts submenu (from the Fonts Settings submenu
of the Settings menu) allows you to control fonts, sizes, and scripts.
Include
Private Items checkbox in Printouts Settings (from the Settings menu) is
a handy way to yield privacy (or simply unclutter your printouts by marking
recurring items you'd rather not see on printouts as Private.
Colors Settings (from
the Settings menu) allow you to differentiate with color, if using a color
printer.
Other Settings (from the Settings menu):
Item Detail: No Strikethroughs Through Done Items controls whether strikethroughs appear through done items.
Weeks Start Mon (instead of Sun): if checked, appoinment calendars that show at least four weeks at time will start these weeks on Mondays instead of Sundays.
The Filters command also affects what appears on Printouts, thus giving you a myriad of options for customizing the content of printed Appointment Calendars.
