Use the Print My Printouts command (or press Ctrl+P, or click the Print My Printouts icon on the toolbar) to print a group of printouts you frequently wish to print.
Use Printouts Settings to customize which printouts are included when you Print My Printouts.
Many TimeTo™ users will Print My Printouts just before going somewhere where they won't have computer access: they will carry the printout as a sort of "crib sheet" of their day, so no matter where they are they have a list of their priorities and commitments for the day (as well as any related notes). For this purpose you would likely set your Printouts Settings to include just "Day View : Today" or perhaps "Day View : Range of Days" with the range set from today to two days forward.
Tip: If you plan to Print My
Printouts as described above, and wish to have
printed day views condensed onto the fewest number
of pages feasible, set Printer
Fonts from the Fonts
Settings submenu
for both Normal Text and
Appointment
Calendar Text to a very compressed and small font
(for example, Arial Narrow 8 point).
