Choose the 31-Day Busy Navigator (from the View menu, or press Ctrl+H) to either open or close this two-dimensional interactive graph of your schedule.
The vertical axis shows the range of time in each day, as set in Day Bounds Settings (from the Settings menu). As you move your cursor over the navigator, TimeTo™ displays your location date and time continuously in the upper left corner of the navigator, to the closest 15 minutes. (if you move beyond the boundaries of the graph, such as off to the right of the rightmost date, TimeTo™ associates your cursor position with the closest item to the cursor).
Choosing a date range to view: The horizontal axis shows one month of days. When you open the navigator, it will show today followed by the next 30 days. You can then scroll to earlier or later days by pressing the left and right scroll arrows at the bottom left and bottom right of the window. After scrolling, click anywhere on the list of times of day.
Understanding the use of color: The graph shows appointment items and done items in red, fluid items in yellow, and open areas of your schedule in white.
To create a new item: Double-clicking on any white area on the graph is like choosing New Item from the Insert Menu, expect that it will have the Set Date and Set Start Time matching the date and time of the area you clicked on the navigator (i.e. the date and time reported in the top left corner of the navigator).
To view the item properties for any item represented on the graph, double click the area on the graph representing that item. This will also cause that item's day to become the currently viewed day on an underlying day or multiple day view, and that item will become the focus of such an underlying view after you close the properties window (if your current view was not a day or multiple day view, such as the Alphabetical View, then the item you double-clicked will be show as the highlighted item should you switch later to a day or multiple view).
To change the currently viewed day on an underlying day or multiple day view to any particular day on the navigator, click anywhere on the column for that day.
To change the font used for the 31-Day Busy Navigator: If you wish to change the font, style, size, script used for the 31-Day Busy Navigator or the overall zoom of the 31-Day Busy Navigator, adjust the Fluid Item Begin Times font for the Screen Fonts submenu of the Fonts Settings (from the Settings menu), as this setting also applies to the axes text of the 31-Day Busy Navigator. (You can also temporarily change just the size by pressing the Shift key and Zoom In or Zoom Out buttons on the toolbar at the same time, then close and re-open the 31-Day Busy Navigator to see the new size setting applied).
