Use the Save As command if you ever wish to save a copy of your schedule to another location on your computer or a network to which you are connected, or with a different name.
File Format: Choose from TimeTo™, Above and Beyond 99 through 2008, or Above & Beyond 4.0 (the last version of Above & Beyond that could run on Windows 3.x).
Next: Then, on the next screen select the location (and modify the filename if you wish).
You can change the filename or the folder, but not
both:
If you stay in your current folder and change the filename,
your current file does NOT change to the one you just saved. To say that
another way, if your current file is timedata.pak (as it typically would
be) and you Save As to a file in the same folder that you choose to call
timedatabeforeIstartedthisexperiment.pak, after the Save As has completed
you will still be working in TimeTo with your original timedata.pak file.
On the other hand, if you choose to Save
As to a different folder with the name timedata.pak, your current default schedule file will continue
to reside in that new folder.
(Tip: If at anytime you are uncertain where the current schedule you have
open is located, choose About (from
the Help menu) and see what file name is listed as your Current Schedule
File.)
