How To Use TimeTo™ With Microsoft Outlook

If you use Microsoft Outlook, here are some way to integrate TimeTo™ with Outlook.

Synchronize Outlook and TimeTo™ in real time:

Transfer additions, deletions, and changes to your Calendar, Tasks, and Memos between TimeTo™ and Microsoft Outlook. For more information on how to do this, read the Synchronization Settings help topic.

Export Appointments from TimeTo™ to Outlook:

You can export today's appointments or all appointments from a range of days of your choice by choosing the Export Appointments To Outlook or Google Calendar commands (from the Export submenu on the File menu).

Export Tasks from TimeTo™ to Outlook:

You can export today's tasks or all tasks from a range of days of your choice by choosing the Export Tasks To Outlook Or Google Calendar commands (from the Export submenu on the File menu).

Import Tasks and Calendar items from Outlook to TimeTo™:

You can export tasks or calendar items using Outlook's Export command (version 2002, 2003, or 2008), then import the resulting text file into TimeTo™. You can import the file in your choice of two ways:

Set Your TimeTo™ Address Book to the Outlook Address Book:

You can change TimeTo's Address Book command from using the Windows Address Book (which is TimeTo's default) to using Outlook's address book by selecting the Set Address Book command from the Tools menu in TimeTo™, and changing the default setting from "wab.exe" to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\outlook.exe /select Outlook:Contacts". (Note that you would modify this wording depending upon which version of Outlook you are using and where it is located on your computer, and what language edition of Windows you are using. This example assumes Microsoft Office 2013: For Microsoft Office 2010, specify "Office 14" instead of "Office15"; For Microsoft Office 2007 ,specify "Office12" instead of "Office15"; For Microsoft Office 2003 or 2002, specify "Office11" instead of "Office 15"; For Microsoft Office 2000, specify "Office10" instead of "Office 15". This example also assumes a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office on a 64-bit operating system (such as Windows 8 or most Windows 7 installations): if you are using the 32-bit version of Windows 7 or Windows Vista, or Windows XP, or you are using a 64-bit version of Microsoft Office, "Program Files (x86)" is replaced by "Program Files". This example also assumes an English language version of Windows: for instance, in the German edition of Windows, "Program Files" is replaced by "Programme".)

Call Outlook views from TimeTo's Tool menu
