Multiple Day View

Choose the Multiple Day View command (from the View menu, or press Ctrl+U) to simultaneously view Day Views of the next 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 days, and to individually change the date of any of these day views (thus allowing you to compare any two day views side-by-side).

Multiple Day View is similar to My Multiple Day View, however in Multiple Day View you can also highlight any of the day views then independently change what day you are viewing by using the Navigate commands or their corresponding toolbar buttons. You can thus easily arrange to see any two days in your schedule side-by-side. (for example, if it is July 1 and you are viewing the seven days at once from July 1 through July 7 and you have highlighted July 3, if you then choose the 7 Days Forward command, you will now be viewing July 1, 2, 10, 4, 5, 6, and 7). In Multiple Day View, you can also use the Previous View Window and Next View Window commands to move from one view to the next; furthermore, if you use the Previous View Window command (from the Navigate menu or press LeftArrow) on the leftmost day view, that day view will move into the past by one day; if you use the Next View Window command (from the Navigate menu or press RightArrow) on the rightmost day view, that day view will move into the future by one day.

Each of these day views have all the properties available for a Day View, and you can drag and drop items from one day view to another).

Use the Multiple Day View Tiling command (from the View menu) to choose how the day views will be arranged on your screen. Choose amongst three arrangements: Tile Horizontally (day views appear side-by-side), Tile Vertically (days appear one above the other), or Grid (where the days are arranged in up to three rows depending upon how many days are involved).

Use the Navigate commands (Today, Previous Day, Next Day, 7 Days Back, etc.) to move all the days in the view at once (for example, if it is July 1 and you are viewing the seven days at once from July 1 through July 7, if you then choose the 7 Days Forward command, you will now be viewing July 8 through July 14).
