Choose the Increase Load (from the Balance menu, or press Shift+Alt+UpArrow) command to manually push items off of today's plan, or move more items onto today's plan.
When you are seeking to increase your load, we assume that you are being proactive, and therefore will always want to choose importance over urgency. Thus when increasing load, TimeTo™ chooses the qualifying item of the highest Priority rather than those who deadlines are most pressing.
Each time you choose the Increase Load command, TimeTo™ chooses one item with a flexible date to move from the the following the viewed day to the viewed day, assuming one is available. TimeTo™ always choose an item whose properties allow for the item to be scheduled in an available time slot on the earlier day without any time conflicts.
