Choose Hide Done Items (from the View menu, or press Ctrl+Shift+D) to disable (or re-enable) the appearance of items that are marked done on the Day View and Multiple Day Views, and hide projects that are marked done in the Projects List.
You can also enable or disable this setting by choosing Hide Done Items in Other Settings (from the Settings menu).
Note: When a Done item is hidden,
any gap of free time immediately following it is
also hidden.
