Use the Stopwatch (from the Tools menu, press Shift+T, or click the
Stopwatch icon on the toolbar) to time any event, as well as optionally
track the value of the elapsed time.
The stopwatch begins as soon as you choose the Stopwatch command.
Click the Pause button to pause the counter.
Click the Continue button to restart after pausing (or click Start after zeroing).
Click the Zero button to zero the counter. (Click the Undo button to undo having clicked Zero.)
Click the Stop button to stop the timer, and to stop the alarm if it is sounding.
Change the Rate to alter the value of time, either measured by the Minute or by the Hour.
