Paste

Use the Paste command (from the Edit menu, or press Ctrl+V) to paste text or an item (due to a Copy or Cut command executed in TimeTo™ or another Windows program) anywhere you'd like.

If an item or project was copied or cut, then the Paste command will use the title of the item as the text for pasting.

If text was copied or cut, then the Paste command will Paste the text into whatever field you have highlighted.

If you are currently looking at a view (except for the Priority View or Month View) or the Projects List, then the Paste command will create a new item (or project) with the pasted text as its title, based upon the New Item Preferences. If you are pasting on a view and you had copied or cut from another view, the new item is created has the same title as the original, with all other properties as designated in New Item Preferences. You can even paste into someone else's schedule.

If you would like all properties for an item duplicated in your schedule, use the Duplicate command (from the Edit menu) instead.

You can paste the same text or item as many times as you'd like.
