Choose Daily Time Spent On Tagged Projects (from the Statistics submenu of the Report menu) to view a summary of how much time you have spent on done items for all tagged projects over a one-week period. This gives you a sense of how much time you are spending on projects you felt were important enough to tag.
The Filters command also affects what appears on this report, thus giving you a myriad of options for customizing the output.
Some users use this feature as a convenient way of reporting on billable hours: if all your billable time is on tagged projects, then the Daily Time For Tagged Projects feature totals your billable hours very easily. Such an approach is also an easy way to keep track, in real time, of how much time you have spent on billable time in the current week.
The week shown is always a calendar week, starting on Sunday (or Monday if you have checked the Weeks Starts Mon setting in Other Settings). The window shows totals for each day of the week, as well as a total for all seven days.
Which week is shown? If the viewed date is either today or in the future, the week shown is the week containing yesterday's date. If the viewed date is in the past, the week shown is the week containing the day preceding the viewed date. (We work with yesterday's date because you may not have finished marking items as done today).
Since the report only provides statistics on "tagged" projects, be sure to tag your projects by first viewing the Projects List (from the View menu) and then using the Tag/Untag Project command (from the Statistics submenu of the Reports menu, or press F4) to tag the appropriate projects. Tagged projects have their titles preceded with a “$” on the Projects List (the "$" does not appear elsewhere in TimeTo when showing a project's Title).
