Choose the Add Date & Time To Item Title command (from the Edit menu, or press Ctrl+Shift+T) to add the current date and time to the end of the Title of the highlighted item in any view.
The date and time is added in the format "mm-dd HH:MMam" (for instance, "01-31 11:59am"). The format may vary depending upon your Windows regional settings.
Note: This command is not available for project titles, only item iitles.
