On Dec 9 2019, HB and DB made the Visibility of this field "Hidden" as our complete attempt to solve the bug where when people put the same email address here as in field 6 wrongly neither email address would receive the receipt email. We know this is a workaround solution; however we suspect that having so many fields is overkill. We may later wish to also hide field 14 (the name of the person) but for now we left it intentionally avaiable.

We're committed to your privacy. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Changing Minds If we receive a written cancellation at least 14 business days before the course, we can refund regular class tickets in full, less a $29 enrollment charge. If we receive written cancellation at least 5 business days prior, we provide full credit toward a future similar course we host. Otherwise, we charge the full fee. Telephone registration counts as a committed registration. You can switch attendees at any time. We reserve the option to substitute presenters. Should we find we must postpone or cancel a course, our liability is limited to the course fee only: we will not be liable for travel, lodging or any other expenses. If you don't show up, you're entitled to attend the course the next time we give it by paying a $90 re-enrollment fee to cover our duplicated expenses.
Confirming After registration, we will send a reminder of the schedule and location, and add you to our e-newsletter list. If the reminder does not arrive, you are still registered.
Advice Check in 15 to 30 minutes ahead. For in person events since meeting room temperatures vary, consider layered clothing. Continuing education which maintains or improve professional skills can be tax-deductible and/or may be recognized by your professional board: contact them for details.
If you register by phone, we still need to receive this form or the paper form before the event.
All participants are expected to have their own registration.
